Lisa Swenerton
General Manager

Lisa Swenerton is responsible for overseeing the wholesale telecommunications and wireless site development business lines that serve the connectivity needs of carriers in this metropolitan area.

Prior to her current role, Swenerton was managing director at Edison Capital, a subsidiary of Edison Mission Group, with responsibility for the Affordable Housing Business Unit which then included commercial properties in 36 states and represented over $1 billion in equity investment. She also managed the compliance team responsible for the wind-energy portfolio and served as lead for Organizational Readiness for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Before joining Edison Capital, Swenerton worked for a management consulting firm where she partnered with clients in developing investment strategies and strategic business plans and in evaluating investment opportunities in the areas of finance, real estate, and tax-motivated investments.

Swenerton earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in economics from Washington State University.

Sevag Shenian
Manager of Network Engineering, Operations & Technology

Sevag Shenian is responsible for directing development of wholesale transport and access network architecture and design, and leading selection and implementation of network technology solutions. With a career in telecommunications that spans more than two decades, he oversees all aspects of network services including network planning and optimization, network engineering, and network system operations and performance.

Prior to joining Edison Carrier Solutions, Shenian was a telecommunications engineer for a power company, with responsibility for designing fiber-optic network solutions, evaluating new technology and services, and working with telecommunication carriers to support business development initiatives.

Shenian earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Christina McMenamin
Director of Sales

Christina McMenamin is responsible for the development and execution of the overall sales strategy and plan and for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with telecommunication carriers. McMenamin is responsible for sales of wholesale and enterprise transport services for established and new customers and wireless site development.

Prior to her current role, McMenamin held senior management positions in Information Technology at Southern California Edison, with responsibility for strategic planning, business development, network planning, large software development projects and ongoing management of critical business systems.

McMenamin studied information technology, accounting, and economics at Fullerton College and California Polytechnic University – Pomona. She earned certificates at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, the USC Center for Telecommunications, and Columbia University.

John Eckman
Director of Operations

John Eckman is responsible for management of construction of the fiber-optic cable network and construction and maintenance of wireless antenna sites on Southern California Edison transmission towers, facilities, and properties. Eckman manages teams responsible for planning and design, field construction and external affairs.

Prior to his current role, Eckman was manager of Transmission for Southern California Edison (SCE) with responsibility for operations and maintenance of the territory-wide transmission system. He also previously served in senior management positions in SCE’s Transmission and Distribution Business Unit and power generation organization. He began his 30-year career with SCE in the Controller’s and Audits departments.

Eckman earned bachelors degrees in biology and economics from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Tom Braun
Senior Attorney

Tom Braun has been responsible for advising on many of the legal, regulatory, and governmental aspects of the telecommunications business and he leads development of contracts for transport service delivery to customers. He joined Southern California Edison after playing an integral role in helping the company obtain the regulatory approvals needed to launch Edison Carrier Solutions as a competitive local exchange carrier in California.

Before joining SCE, Tom was “of counsel” at Steptoe & John, LLP, where he specialized in energy and telecommunications law. Previously he was an associate and special counsel in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Tom earned a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and bachelor of science and bachelor of arts degrees, summa cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago.

Terri Ellison
Manager of Strategic Planning, Marketing & Customer Satisfaction

Terri Ellison is responsible for annual and long-range business planning, market strategy and communications, and customer satisfaction. Prior to assuming this role, she was responsible for developing and managing wireless site modification and streetlight attachment programs, as well as leading critical business unit initiatives.

Prior to joining Edison, she worked in the oil industry, where she held positions of increased responsibility in the areas of accounting, financial planning and budgets, marketing, and business development.

Ellison earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, and an MBA from California State University, Pomona.

Jasin Glasner
Manager of Accounting & Internal Controls

Jasin Glasner is responsible for managing financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, field accounting, billing and collections.

Before joining Edison Carrier Solutions, Glasner held several senior positions in corporate accounting for companies in the computer distribution, healthcare, utility, and automotive industries, bringing with him more than 18 years of financial accounting experience.

Glasner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Brian Ryan
Manager of Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Brian Ryan is responsible for the project management office that oversees off-net construction projects and wireless site backhaul projects for telecommunication carriers, as well as special construction projects for Southern California Edison.

Prior to joining Edison Carrier Solutions, Ryan spent almost a decade in the telecommunication construction industry, most recently as vice president of Construction for a company focused on serving the telecommunications industry. In that role, he managed large-scale infrastructure upgrade construction projects and state-wide broadband construction projects for carriers. He has extensive background with incumbent and competitive telecommunication carriers, having held positions in sales management, sales, and project management.

Ryan earned a certificate in Construction Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Louise Wheeler
Manager of Contracts & Finance

Louise Wheeler is responsible for managing contract development for the transport and wireless site development business lines, financial analysis, pricing, and credit.

Prior to joining Edison Carrier Solutions, Wheeler spent 10 years as a telecommunications engineer, supporting the design and operation of the utility communication network, and held engineering and management positions in telecommunications at Southern California Edison.

Wheeler earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
