Douglas H. Kim
General Manager
Doug is the General Manager of Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS).
Doug joined Edison International, SCE’s parent company, in1996 as Manager of Strategic Planning and New Business Development. He led projects to launch new business start-ups and to reposition existing business unit strategy, product mix, marketing focus, and operations. He moved to SCE in 2001 and worked as a Senior Manager in the Resource Planning and Strategy group. In addition to leading a number of company-wide initiatives, he was also responsible for developing and implementing the current ECS business plan.
Before joining Edison, Doug worked in the aerospace industry, leading technical organizations that designed, integrated and tested various systems including communications systems, and managing relationships with large defense industry customers.

Tina McMenamin
Director of Sales - Telecommunications
Tina is the Director of Sales and a co-founder of Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS). She joined Southern California Edison (SCE) in 1979 and assumed her current role in January 1999. In her current position, Tina has overall responsibility for sales and marketing of wireline services and wirelsss site development.
Prior to ECS assignment, Tina held a variety of senior management positions in IT with responsibility for strategic planning, business development, network planning, large software development projects, and ongoing management of critical business systems. She began her twenty-five year career with SCE as a software developer in Customer Systems.

John Eckman
Director of Operations
John is Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS) Director of Operations. He is responsible for engineering, design, construction, operation and maintenance for ECS' network.
Prior to his ECS assignment, John was the manager of transmission for SCE, responsible for operations and maintenance of SCE's 12,000-circuit-mile transmission system. He had previously served in various management positions in SCE's transmission and power generation organizations. He began his twenty-five year career with SCE in the Controller's Department and the Audits Department.

Sevag Shenian
Network Architecture and Technology
Sevag is a Senior Consulting Engineer for Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS). He is responsible for directing the development of ECS's network architecture, planning network expansion, and designing complex network solutions for customers.
In 1998, Sevag joined Southern California Edison as an engineer in Information Technology.
Before joining SCE, Sevag was a telecommunications engineer with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP). He was responsible for designing fiber optic networks, developing LADWP's fiber-optic technological competency, and supporting business development projects with telecommunications carriers.

Tom Braun
Sr. Attorney
Tom joined Southern California Edison Company (SCE in April 1999. As counsel for Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS), he is responsible for the legal, regulatory and governmental aspects of Edison’s telecommunications business and for contract negotiations.
Before joining SCE, Tom was “Of Counsel” at Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, where he specialized in energy and telecommunications law. He also served as associate and special counsel in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP.
Tom received his Juris Doctorate in June 1985 from Northwestern University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees, summa cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago.

Ken Pickrahn
Director Finance & Administration
Ken is responsible for the finance and administrative related activities at ECS. Finance functions include accounting, billing, budgeting, credit, financial forecasting, management reporting, and pricing activities which are handled within the business unit. Administrative functions include payroll, facilities, procurement, and human resource related activities which are all provided by SCE. In addition, Ken is responsible for all contract and systems development activities.
Ken began his career with SCE in 1986 and held various Treasury and finance related positions. In 1996, he was part of the start-up of Edison Source, a subsidiary of Edison Enterprises, also owned by SCE’s parent, Edison International. Later, Ken became Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer for the Edison Enterprises companies. In 1999, he returned to SCE to help start up our CLEC Business.
